Hey Everyone,
I'm going to try my hand at this blogging thing...even though I'm seriously challenged when it comes to most everything about it except posting text, lol! I hope to get better at it as I go along. Maybe I'll actually be able to upload pictures without having a major anxiety attack!

Living life under the rainbow of God's everlasting promises... Genesis 9:16 "Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."
Why "Under The Rainbow"?
The name just kind of "came to me", you know, when a thought just pops in your head? I had been thinking about "Over the Rainbow", the song from the Wizard of Oz, and contemplating a name for my blog at the same time. The song got me to thinking about being "under the rainbow" of God's everlasting covenant and promises to man, and I thought wow,
what a neat feeling that is! Our family is also a "rainbow" of sorts with Luke born in China, Josiah born in Guatemala and Rob and I born right here in the good ol' USA!
I pray that the words found here will be an encouragement to all, and most of all bring honor and glory to the Great and Awesome God we serve!

Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog. Welcome to the world of blogging. Even though I have been doing it for several months, I still do not know how to do much of anything besides posting a blog. :) My header was designed by somebody else. Someday I hope to learn how to do pictures, tabs, etc. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and thank you.
